| Sizing
The belt measurement is taken from the buckle attachment
to the end of the five holes. The five holes span 12cm so there is
quite a lot of flexibility. In practise I find that 85 is small
women, 90 slim men and average/large women, 100 average men
and 105 large men. Though please bear in mind if you wear the
belt on your hips or waist.
